This 8-week program, made up of two separate mesocycles, has been designed by myself to progressively push you harder throughout the entire period as you get fitter and stronger. All workouts are 60-90 minutes in length, ensuring you get the most from your training sessions.

Focusing on strength endurance, this will allow you to develop lean muscle mass whilst integrating a cardiovascular component to improve fitness and aid with weight loss.
